About Gracie and the Atom:

Dirty Martini’s McKinley has written a rock musical about life, death, physics, and Catholic school. Her show, “Gracie and the Atom” was in the Fertile Ground New Works Festival last month and the CD is now ready! To celebrate Artists Repertory Theater’s announcement that a full production of “Gracie and the Atom” will be included in their 2009/2010 season, McKinley and the cast from the workshop will perform the songs from “Gracie and the Atom.” Come in your best plaid skirts, blue blazers, and white knee socks!

This play about life, death, physics, and Catholic school will be performed for the first time as a workshop. This means the actors will read from scripts, sing the songs to instrumental tracks, and then you will be asked for feedback. McKinley will be there asking you questions, giving you answers, and hearing your thoughts about her rock musical.
